The
humans can be found in almost any environment. The
Isenvor humans lead barbaric lives in the Barrier
Mountains and on the cold tundra further north.
Commonly they live as nomads, making camp for a
few weeks or months at a time. In the mountains
they sometimes keep small settlements fortified
in stone. To support themselves, they hunt and scavenge.
The tundra tribes keep small musk ox herds, while
the mountain tribes herd yaks and goats.
The Odar humans settle in regions of good game,
and they make small semi-permanent camps from which
their hunting trips and wanderings originate. If
the game runs out or moves due to the season, the
Odar humans shift hunting grounds. They mainly hunt
and gather for nourishment. Sometimes small fields
of crops are kept at commonly used camping spots,
and some tribes have been known to keep herds of
cattle.
The city humans construct advanced settlements made
of stone and wood, making villages, towns and cities.
They rely heavily on farming and trade, and the
land surrounding their settlements is often tamed
into fields of crops and pasture.
The Emerald humans settle mainly along the coast
or on islands near the coastline. The larger part
of their population is found around Emerald Bay,
and they live in small villages and towns with harbors.
The sea is their main source of nourishment, but
they keep small fields and herds as well.
