Orcs have green skin of different hues. The Ograkk orcs usually have a lighter complexion, while the Kharbesh and Arwondel orcs are darker and richer in color. Orcs have black or brown hair, and their hair and beard growth varies greatly, from sporadic wisps to impressive manes. Their eyes range from gray to yellow, orange and red of different saturation. Kharbesh and Arwondel orcs seldom have gray eyes.

Orcs favor durable materials and practical clothes. Many wear armor and weapons in everyday life, regardless of their profession. They wear tokens to denote status, tribal affinity or skill.

The Ograkk orcs gain most of their clothing materials from their cattle herds and mountain quarry, but their merchants also try to keep a steady supply of wool from the south. Their outer garments, such as mantles, caps, gloves and boots, are commonly made of fur to keep the warmth. Other clothes, such as tunics, pants, bracers and belts are usually made of leather. Garments are often strengthened with metal details to enhance their durability or functionality. Their hair growth is sparser than that of other orcs, and full beards or manes are rare, especially among the men. Men commonly shave or cut their hair, and eventual beards, short. Women keep their hair tied back with a headband, or cut it short also. Many orcs wear tribal tattoos and impressive weapons are frequent tokens.

The Kharbesh orcs have sparse access to any other materials than those provided by their herds, prey and loot, making them rely mostly on animal hides. They wear cloaks, caps, tunics, pants, loincloths or skirts, and boots. Their hair growth is rich, but they seldom style their manes or beards beyond tying them back. Most commonly they let them be, often causing the hair to become a mass of dreadlocks over the years. Scars are considered to be powerful symbols, and they use a special method of scar tattooing to create swirling patterns on their skin. Popular tokens are trophies from dangerous prey or fallen enemies.

The Arwondel orcs have over time adapted to the local customs, and they wear much the same garments as the commoners among the Arwondel humans do. Although the human concept of beauty remains foreign to them, they collect items that they know relate status and power in the Arwondel society. Thus they often wear exaggerated heavy metal jewelry and gruesome weapons. They braid their hair or cut it short.
